The Ingersoll D20 hook bolt rim auto deadlatch has long since been discontinued, however we obtained ALL the parts from Ingersoll when they closed their factory in Forsyth Road, Woking, Surrey. If you have one of these locks that needs some T.L.C. please do not hesitate to contact us, we have all the parts necessary to repair both the lock case and the 10 lever D series cylinder.
